A $16M Stelle Lomont Rouhani-Designed Water Mill Home Just Found a Buyer

A stunning modern home in Water Mill that was first offered last fall found a buyer this week, broker Tim Davis announced on his Instagram. “Sold and closed!” the post reads, “Amazing location with ocean and bay views. One lucky buyer.”

HC&G first reported on this house in September of 2016, when it came on the market asking $15.9M. Back then, we were especially impressed with the conscious design by architect Fred Stelle of Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects that allows water to run underneath the house, decreasing the likelihood of flood damage. In addition to that notable feature, the home also boasts interiors by world-renowned designer Jacques Grange and multiple decks and balconies that take advantage of the views over Mecox Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler shared the listing with Corcoran’s Tim Davis.
