The Southampton home of David Kratz and Greg Unis dates from the early 1900s and was completely restored. The front door is painted Fine Paints of Europe’s Navy Blue.
The living room features a tufted Steven Gambrel–designed sofa, an armchair from Ruby Beets, and Circa Lighting swing-arm sconces; the roman shades are fabricated from an Arabel Fabrics linen and a de Le Cuona trim.
In the entry, landscape paintings form a gallery wall; a single painting by Kratz stands alone.
The dining room/library includes a table from English Country Antiques. The chandelier is from Circa Lighting.
The white-oak cabinetry in the kitchen is accented with Grove Brickworks tile from Waterworks.The range is from Wolf and the hood is by RangeCraft.

Vintage animal paintings hang above a suede-topped bench in the hallway leading to the master bedroom.
In the master bedroom, Kratz’s Afternoon is displayed above an antique dresser.

Kratz’s art studio, which is located on the upper level of the pool house, displays many of his oil paintings and charcoal sketches.
On the lower level, a small sitting area is outfitted with a wicker lounge chair and a vintage life buoy.
The garden room is furnished with a sofa and chairs from the Laurel Group and star pendants from Pottery Barn.
Kratz and Unis’ dogs Diggity, Tip, and Sister, hang out in the backyard, which features dwarf citrus trees and a bluestone-surround pool.
Antique busts depict the Four Seasons.
