The great room includes a linen-upholstered RH sofa, a pouf from Homenature, a Guillerme et Chambron armchair, a pair of vintage Milo Baughman chairs covered in Kravet fabrics, and a rug from Maharam. The cocktail table was fashioned from a vintage tumbling mat and the 1950s pendant lights once hung in a Belgian gym.
The kitchen includes a white oak and concrete island by Union Studio.

In the game room, an Apparatus chandelier hangs above a vintage Brunswick pool table decked out in hot pink, one of the house’s few concessions to bright color.
A Jack and Jill bathroom includes an Alape Bucket sink and field tiles and shower hardware from Waterworks.
Another spare bedroom features a bed covering from North Found & Co. and a roman shade upholstered in a Rogers & Goffigon fabric.
In the third guest room, white oak serves as a framework for cabinets and the bed, which is accented with pillows from RH and lit by sconces from Atelier de Troupe. The sink and faucets in the en suite bathroom are from Kohler.
Numerous sitting areas take advantage of the house’s enviable position on Upper Sag Harbor Cove. A cedar conversation pit with cushions covered in a Perennials fabric anchors the dock.
Teak lounge chairs line the beautiful mahogany deck.
A windswept cedar tree shelters a pair of metal chairs. All the landscape design is by Roxine Brown of Harmonia Inc.
