A Look at Marla Aaron’s Jewelry Collaboration with Royal Porcelain Manufactory Nymphenburg

The porcelain jewelry will be for sale at Bergdorf's this October.

A limited-edition capsule jewelry collection is coming to Bergdorf Goodman this October in a dazzling collaboration between NYC-based jeweler Marla Aaron and Munich’s storied Royal Porcelain Manufactory Nymphenburg.

Renowned since 1747 for its exquisite porcelain (and past collaborations with the likes of artists Damien Hirst and Kiki Smith), Nymphenburg spent three years shaping Aaron’s signature designs in its finest porcelain, each hand-painted with the its historic Cumberland pattern. Back in New York, Aaron’s team finished off the pieces with 18k gold hardware, transforming the porcelain designs into unique jewelry pieces.

The four-piece collection includes Aaron’s carabiner-inspired Lock, Trundle Lock Bracelet, porcelain-and-gold Discs from her convertible earring series, and a porcelain take on her Depository jewelry holder. Take a look at the collection below.
