Nestled within 47 acres of curated landscape, the Philip Johnson Glass House is a Connecticut jewel of modern design and architecture. The iconic New Canaan estate is now offering a unique opportunity for sightseers: the Pure Glass House Tour. This condensed one-hour guided excursion features only the Glass House and promontory overlooking the campus. Guests are transported directly to and from the entrance to the home and forgo the 3/4-mile walk over uneven terrain to surrounding buildings.
Pure Glass Tour tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased online at philipjohnsonglasshouse.org or via phone at 866-811-4111. Tours are offered 10 a.m.–11 a.m. on Wednesdays through November 30. Additional tour options that offer access to other buildings on the site are also available.
