Actor and Comedian Danny McBride’s L.A. Duplex Penthouse Wants $1.8M

From his long-running TV shows to lighthearted roles in some of the most popular comedy films, Danny McBride can do it all. His L.A. penthouse on the other hand can truly see it all, and has just come to the market. Capturing views of Capitol Records and the Hollywood Sign, the celebrity-owned penthouse is asking $1.795 million.

The Georgia-born actor had his first breakout role in 2003 in All the Real Girls, eventually laying low until his role in 2006 film The Foot Fist Way. McBride has also appeared alongside buddies James Franco and Seth Rogen in a few comedies since, but his self-created Eastbound and Down and The Righteous Gemstones have had fans laughing for years. When he wasn’t starring in movies or TV shows, McBride opted for a penthouse in the iconic Broadway Hollywood building, which he has now decided to part ways with.

The star-filled building sits right on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and is a glamorous, light-filled retreat with the finest amenities. McBride’s penthouse is a lofty space with a somewhat industrial feel, spanning across two floors and 2,150 square feet. Double-height ceilings and panoramic windows soak the living room in light, while a modern stainless steel kitchen sits tucked away in its own alcove.

While the unit itself is only one bedroom and two bathrooms, the penthouse has been designed for both living and working. A separate office space leads up to the primary ensuite loft, which has been completed with a marble bath and fireplace.

Additional amenities of the building include 24-hour security and valet, as well as a brand-new rooftop pool and fitness center. Deedee Howard of The Agency holds the listing.
