Actress Ellie Kemper—known for her roles in “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” and “The Office”—is selling her New York City spread for $7,495,000. While her character Kimmy Schmidt might live in the fictional NYC neighborhood of East Dogmouth, Ellie Kemper’s real-life spread is on the Upper West Side overlooking Central Park.
According to the Robb Report, Kemper and her husband, comedian Michael Koman, paid $7.8 million for the home in 2021. The couple listed it in early March for just under $8 million and it has recently been discounted to the $7.5 million price tag.
The well-thought-out floor plan spans 3,750-square-feet with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-baths. Sixty feet of casement windows allow for soaking up views of the park. In fact, two of the bedrooms overlook Central Park with the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in the distance. Other highlights include a private landing, wine cellar, formal dining room, ample kitchen, and an office (of course!).
