Last week, Jemima Kirke, who plays Jessa on HBO’s hit series Girls, listed her Carroll Gardens brownstone for a cool $4.495 million. The actress stands to make a sweet profit if the 19th century property sells for asking price since she purchased it for $2.036 million four years ago, according to Curbed.The 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath was restored to it’s 19th century glory by renowned architect Richard H. Lewis and has a similar bohemian aesthetic as the Kirke family’s Hamptons home, which is also currently on the market. Eclectic pieces of art adorn the historic home’s walls and a mix of vintage furnishings creates a chaotic yet charming environment.
