A chaise from Design Within Reach is positioned for optimal river viewing next to a streamlined gas fireplace with a gray granite surround by Wittus Fire by Design. The Porto beige slab floor tile is from Walker Zanger; the rift oak stair treads are from Finnryan Millwork.
Architect Jo Machinist designed the vanishing-edge pool and the stucco fireplace, both of which were fabricated by Wagner Construction. The chaise longues and all-weather sofa are from Ned Kelly and Co. The pool and house overlook the Hudson River and the Tappan Zee Bridge to the northeast.
In the master bath, both the floor-mounted white Corian tub and hardware are from Boffi Soho.
The cane armchair and matching ottoman in the master bedroom are from Grange and the bed linens are from Pratesi.
In the kitchen, the Wolf oven, six-burner cooktop, sink hardware, and cabinets are all from Boffi Soho; the custom rift oak countertops are by Finnryan Millwork. White laminate and chrome bar stools are from Ned Kelly and Co.
Wagner Construction built the house’s stunning structural columns from Stony Creek granite veneer stone.
