Reclaimed Treasures | Ninety percent of the wood used for the interior walls and floors in the house came from demolished farm buildings. The vintage porch chairs are eBay finds; the galvanized steel sofa was designed by furniture maker Jim Zivic. who also constructed the steel and leather hammock, which hangs on a pulley from the living room ceiling.

Custom Kitchen | The concrete counters and cabinets were custom-designed by Porter. The vintage Toledo stools are from Moon River Chattel Inc. A leather rug with zippers by Jim Zivic provides a punch of color.
Modern Mix | A bubble chandelier by Lindsey Adelman Studio adds a contemporary element to the dining area. The collection of vintage dining chairs were found on eBay.
Seamless Design | The master bath connects the main house to the master bedroom, one of two new gabled structures. Porter designed the tub and vanity. The loop rug is from Karkula.
