Located just southwest of Telluride in the San Juan Mountains, Mountain Village attracts fewer celebrities than other cold weather destinations like Denver and Aspen. The town’s population is just shy of 1,400.
The 8,300 square-foot retreat was previously listed a year ago for slightly more—$6.5 million.
