Cate Blanchett and her husband, Andrew Upton, have been trying to sell their historic estate in Hunters Hill, Australia since 2015. After one false start—the estate found a buyer after a month on the market who later defaulted on the sale—Luxury Listings reports that it has finally sold. The sale price remains a mystery, but it was last listed with Christie’s International Real Estate’s Ken Jacobs for AU$20M (about $15M). The estate was built in 1877, but Blanchett and her husband put it through a 3-year renovation and it features a steel staircase, a pool pavilion, a tennis court and beautiful river views.
