Actress Ellen Page, best known for her roles in Juno and Inception, listed her Los Angeles bungalow for just under $2 million earlier this week and it has already found a buyer. According to Variety, the actress and producer purchased the home for $1.7 million from none other than tennis star Venus Williams. Page will make a slight profit now that the listing, held by Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman, is under contract.The relaxed 1,528-square foot abode is tucked away on a gated property overlooking Nichols Canyon. While it is modest in size, there are many amenities that increase the house’s allure. For one, the luscious backyard pool gives way to mountainous views of the Hollywood Hills. The covered motor court is also able to fit multiple vehicles.Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make up a portion of the interior. The main living area is comprised of an open-floor plan that flows into a modern and spacious kitchen. The structure’s original fireplace is a cozy addition to the living room, which observes the pool and patio through full-length glass doors.
