TO ENTER, PLEASE SEND:
- Company name, street address, phone and email address
- Up to 300 words describing the project, including scope and cost
- List of professionals involved in project
- Complete list of resources
- Written consent by homeowner for publication

(if high-resolution photography is available: 300DPI, in a file size of at least 8″x10″)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Projects cannot have been previously published
- Must be accessible for photography in May 2012
- One submission per category
- Incomplete entries will be disqualified
- Winners must agree not to enter their winning project in another design contest for one year
