The price went down to $21.5 million from there and the former fashion executive finally relisted it for a much lower $17.95 million last November. It seems like that number finally turned heads.The 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is a delightful place to entertain guests from the city and beyond. There’s a chef’s kitchen as part of the open floor plan, massive picture windows to gaze out of and a fireplace to congregate around after a long day on the water. Drexler may have taken a loss on the final selling price, but now maybe he can focus on his Miami properties.
