The airy, open guesthouse is one of three new structures on the property. Lounge chairs, armchairs and ottoman are Kingsley Bate.
In the living room, a Lee Industries sofa and Kravet chairs flank a custom Thomas Featherston coffee table; artwork above the fireplace is by Wade Hoefer; and the Fontana Arte chandelier is through YLighting.
A seating area boasts an RH sofa, Palecek chairs and ottomans from Lee Industries.
A collection of Heath Ceramics dishware echoes the room’s soothing palette; the niche also houses a sink, dishwasher and storage that are concealed when the sliding barn doors are closed. Gregorius Pineo lamps behind the sofa are through Kneedler | Fauchère.
The bathhouse is beautifully integrated with the landscape and showcases the property’s lichen-draped trees.
The bathhouse is constructed of Douglas fir.
The bathroom vanity is custom through Kevin Woodman, Concreteworks. Metal baskets are from Pottery Barn; mirror is from Summer House.
Sage-lined paths leading to and from the property were created by St. Helena–based Claudia Schmidt Landscape Design.
Kingsley Bate chairs with custom pillows and a table are from Artefact Design & Salvage, create an inviting al fresco dining area.
