Fitness guru Jillian Michaels has slimmed down the price of her oceanfront property in Malibu, reports Luxury Listings, re-listing it at $8.888M. The new asking price is significantly lighter than the $9.7M she originally listed it for nearly a year ago, but still considerably more than the $6.6M she paid for the 4,307-square-foot pad back in 2010. According to the listing, Michaels and a team of top designers completely renovated the home and it now features an open floor plan and retractable walls of glass to bring the outdoors in. The lower level houses the dining and living rooms as well as a kitchen and private entertaining terrace. Three bedroom suites are located on the second level and the mezzanine consists of a separate office with a balcony that could also be used as a guest bedroom.
