Johnny Depp Just Sold the Fourth of His Five LA Penthouses

Only one more to go: Johnny Depp has successfully unloaded the 4th of the 5 penthouses he owned in LA’s Eastern Columbia building. The latest unit to sell—a 2-bedroom corner unit that, at 1,755 square feet, is the smallest of the collection—went for $1.82M.

Spanning 2 levels connected by a bold red metal staircase, the residence offers an outdoor terrace that directly accesses the Eastern Columiba Building sky deck. Inside, the apartment features quirky details such as checkered flooring and art deco accents against an airy backdrop of soaring ceilings and oversized windows. The first level is home to the great room, which includes the modern kitchen, a dining area and a living room, while the second level houses a breathtaking master suite and the en-suite guest room.

Depp amassed the 5-penthouse collection over the course of a few years following his purchase of the first residence in 2007. He put all 5 on the market as a lot for $12.78M last year, but has been selling them off individually since. The final remaining penthouse lists for $1.79M with Partners Trust’s Kevin Dees and Nick Segal, who have represented all 4 penthouse sales thus far.
