The NY Post reports that he was spotted checking out a triplex penthouse at 12 E. 13th Street that’s currently listed for $18.5M with Compass’s Leonard Steinberg, Hervé Senequier, Amy Mendizabal and Calli Sarkesh. The pop star currently resides in a penthouse in the SoHo Mews condo building at 311 W. Broadway with his wife, Jessica Biel, and their 2-year-old son Silas. If the family does decide to move, they’ll upgrade their digs from 3,000 square feet to nearly 6,000 and get 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus 900 square feet of private terraces in a brand new apartment.
