The home spans more than 20,000 square feet and sits on 4 waterfront acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The interiors are grand and outfitted in a country-glam style (note the saddle stools cozying up to the bar) that feels “very livable but still very upscale,” according to the listing agent. Outside, there is a saltwater pool, private dock and two spas. Clarkson and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, bought the home in 2013 for $2.86M and are selling it because they’re building a new home in Nashville.
