
Michael Jackson’s whimsical Neverland Ranch has been rechristened Sycamore Valley Ranch and got a new price tag to go with its new name. Originally listed for $100M, AD reports that it is back on the market sporting a $67M price tag with Coldwell Banker Previews International’s Joyce Rey.
According to the listing, Sycamore Valley Ranch is designed for grand scale relaxation and entertaining and spans 50 maintained acres surrounded by 4 square miles of property. The French-Normandy-style main house features exposed timber beams, 5 fireplaces and 18th-century French oak parquet flooring from two chateaus in France. There are several additional outbuildings on the property including multiple guesthouses, a movie theater, a dance studio and a Disney-style train station.
