NHL legend Pat LaFontaine, who played for all three New York teams and holds the record for the most points-per-game of any American hockey player, recently snagged a one-bedroom condo on the Upper East Side. LaFontaine paid $1.68M for the apartment, which has undergone a WORLD CLASS RENOVATION (per the brokerbabble). Douglas Elliman’s James Alesi represented the listing and Corcoran’s Lorand Kovacs was the buyer’s broker.
The whole apartment has been luxuriously appointed with high-end finishes and Viking appliances in the all-white kitchen. The single bedroom is spacious and features a walk-in closet and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional amenities at the Park 900 condominium building—one of the few of its kind on Park Ave—include a doorman, concierge, gym and garage.
