Puerto Rican pop sensation Ricky Martin just bought a new house in the posh celeb-studded enclave of Beverly Hills Post Office (also called Beverly Hills Crest) and he paid a pretty penny for it, reports Variety. Martin dropped $13.5M on the place, a modern home originally built in 1953 by acclaimed midcentury architect Gregory Ain and renovated in 2014. Although the renovation kept the original footprint, this home is thoroughly modern with a sprawling open floorplan, dramatic glass walls and a master suite with a “zen courtyard.” There’s are 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms as well as a home theater and infinity-edge pool. Teles Properties had the listing.
