After six long years on the market, Saudi Prince Nawaf bin Sultan Abdulaziz Al-Saud has finally parted ways with his triplex in the Heritage at Trump Place. The royal listed the 10,500-square-foot Upper West Side apartment for a staggering $75 million in 2012, first reducing the asking price to $48.5 million in 2015, and then finally welcoming an offer for $36 million this year, according to The Real Deal.Trump Place, located at 240 Riverside Boulevard, is just one of many real estate properties connected to the president that has been making headlines. Most recently, news broke that President Trump’s older sister listed her breath-taking Palm Beach waterfront home.A skillful combination of six units created the prince’s three-story manse in the sky. Along with unobstructed views of the Hudson River, the residence boasts unusual amenities like three bulletproof panic rooms, built-in aquariums, a ventilated cigar room, and a luxe sushi bar. Open spaces like the sprawling 60-foot living room feel even larger with walls of glass and high ceilings, but surprisingly the massive pad only offers 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.Elizabeth Mercedes Berk of Engel & Völkers had the posh listing, although other brokers tried to sell it before her.
