One of Shark Tank’s titular sharks, Robert Herjavec, is saying “I’m out” to his LA home. The Canadian businessman-turned-television personality has listed his Hollywood Hills abode for $6.495 million just three years after purchasing the property for $6.7 million. Given his occupation on the hit series revolving around making deals and turning a profit, this is surely not the return on his investment Herjavec was hoping for. However, the savvy shark is not one to mess around with numbers, so he must trust the price. This modern abode catches the eye with walls of glass, concrete, and natural-stained wood. Spread across 4,500-square-feet and two stories are the home’s five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with the lower level seamlessly opening to the outdoor spaces. The sleek patio overlooks a serene pool and spa, while all spaces indoor and out enjoy glamorous views of the Los Angeles skyline. Situated on a lush lot in the famed Outpost Estates neighborhood, which is bordered on one side by Mulholland Drive, this house is in a prestigious location, too.Herjavec is hardly the only shark swimming in and out of new digs; Mark Cuban started 2019 with the purchase of a contemporary in Laguna Beach. Barbara Corcoran unloaded her Upper East Side apartment, easily mistaken for a house in its own right, back in 2016. This new celebrity listing is held by Joshua and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman. The Los Angeles Time first reported that the house is for sale.
