In the living room, the Barclay Butera armchairs and sofa are done in linen; brass pharmacy lamps are from Pottery Barn, the coffee table is through Lillian August.
A Lee Bryce armchair, covered in slate gray leather, and an antique leather bench flank the fireplace with its Brazilian marble surround. An array of unframed seascapes “adds a surfer’s vibe,” says Oster.

The designer combined greens and grays in the dining room where a grass-cloth wall covering by Weitzner is flecked with hints of metallic. The Romano French table is through Lillian August; the cane chairs are from New Orleans. “There’s a little bit of decay to the gilding that I find appealing,” says Oster.
The airy master bedroom features Cowtan & Tout window treatments. The graphic-print pillows and bedskirt are Kravet.
The media room’s German-built chairs are covered in Ralph Lauren Sandspoint Ticking and the bench was redone in a Kravet Ikat; wall covering is Phillip Jeffries.
