Stephen Curry's Walnut Creek Mansion Gets a Price Reduction

Golden State Warriors MVP Stephen Curry first offered his Walnut Creek estate back in October for $3.7M. It failed to move at that price and recently got a tiny price reduction; it now asks $3.6M.

According to the listing, the home is a Santa Barbara-style Mediterranean sited on a one-acre corner lot lined with olive and cypress trees. The interiors span 7,520 square feet and boast access to the exterior terraces and patios from nearly every room. Hand-scraped hardwood floors run throughout the house and the majority of rooms also feature radiant-heated floors. A recent renovation focused on the kitchen, where Curry’s wife Ayesha films her Food Network Show, Ayesha’s Home Kitchen. That room is anchored around a massive Carrara marble-topped island and features appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele and La Cornue.

Caldecott’s Andy Reed and Ana O’Byrne represent the listing, which Curbed reported.
