This stunning costal resort recently underwent a $14 million dollar renovation by Atwater Inc. Studio, which included a revamp to the lobby, guest rooms, event and meeting spaces, foyers and the hotel’s on-site breakfast dining spot, The Roundhouse Restaurant. Additional touches also include the use of stylish tones such as ocean and sky-blue tones and driftwood inspired interiors.

Centrally located, the newly modernized property continues the legacy established by the Fess Parker family while paying homage to the resort’s rich history, stunning location and the unique culture of Santa Barbara. The new space includes 40,000-square-feet of space, 180-degree views of the ocean and a connecting rotunda, and delicious on-site dining options from The Roundhouse, Rodney’s Grill, The Set, and more.
