Tennis Star Novak Djokovic Buys Two Units at 565 Broome SoHo

Tennis star Novak Djokovic is in contract to buy two separate 2-bedroom units at the forthcoming 565 Broome SoHoreports Mansion Global. 565 Broome SoHo’s Director of Sales Stacy Spielman told Mansion Global that he purchased two non-adjacent upper floor units, each measuring over 2,000 square feet. Spielman declined to comment on the purchase price for the units, but said that 2-bedrooms on upper floors start at $5.4M. Djokovic has previously mentioned that he is a fan of architect Renzo Piano, whose firm designed the building. Paris-based RDAI is responsible for the interior design, which, according to the building’s website, will feature materials such as stone, white oak, glass and concrete. When it’s completed, 565 Broome SoHo will offer its residents a 24-hour concierge, a private gated driveway, an outdoor terrace, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa.
