This $150M Property Is the Most Expensive in the Hamptons

Occupying more than 14 acres of prime oceanfront on Meadow Lane in Southampton, this 4-property parcel is now the most expensive offering in the Hamptons, asking $150M.

The sellers—outed by the New York Post as Goldman Sachs exec Michael Evans and his wife, Lise—paid a total of $115M to assemble the parcel, which consists of 3 oceanfront and 1 bayfront property. There are a total of 5 houses on the property including a 12,000-square-foot main residence, which features an indoor pool. Additionally, the property includes an outdoor pool, pool house, 2 golf greens and 3 private walkways to the ocean. Despite all this, listing agent Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty speculates that the next owner will not live in any of the houses on the property. “Anyone who spends this kind of money for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is going to want to build a home that they can identify with,” he told the Post.
