Mansion Global reports that he is looking to unload another over-the-top home, this one on Miami’s exclusive Golden Beach and listed for $27.5M with The Jills’ Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber. Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, worked with Martyn Lawrence Bullard to outfit the entire 14,079-square-foot spread in bold colors and patterns and even included fruit-flavored scratch-and-sniff wallpaper in several of the bathrooms. A scroll through the listing photos reveals a liberal use of pattern and bright Pop and post-Pop artwork adorning nearly every wall. The professionally appointed kitchen gets a bold personality from its black-and-white striped floor while the office’s navy and red paneling pays homage to the Tommy Hilfiger brand. Selections of the furniture and art are available, should the buyer be interested, for an additional price. While the interior is somewhat singular in style, the grounds are universally enjoyable, featuring an oceanfront infinity pool and private beach access.
