About a year ago, fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger put their artful Miami beach house on the market for $27.5 million and after no movement, the price has now been reduced to $23.5 million. Located in Golden Beach, the 14,079-square-foot pad boasts 100 feet of glorious ocean frontage, but its groovy interiors are what make it one-of-a-kind.With the help of interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Hilfigers created rooms filled with bright colors, bold patterns, pop art, and even scratch-and-sniff fruit wallpaper in some bathrooms. The living room looks straight out of an Austin Powers movie with a fun swirling carpet and retro white couches. A mirror on the ceiling reflects the entire space, making it almost look painted to match the orange, purple, and white color scheme. Black-and-white striped glossy flooring is striking in the gourmet kitchen and contrasts the overwhelming color that exists in other areas of the 7-bedroom home. Outside, a funky sculpture sits next to lounge chairs and an infinity pool, which are just steps away from the sand.Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber of The Jills have the incredible listing. Curbed first reported the recent price cut.
