Terraces cascading from the pool terrace to the waterfront include inkberry, bayberry and dwarf sumac, among other indigenous plants.
The pool terrace is fashioned from Pennsylvania bluestone bordered with rows of Korean boxwood.
With a roof planted with roses, daisies and holly, the fishing shack is invisible from above.

An allée of Linden trees serves as a dog run, as well as a screen to obscure the neighboring lot.
