The house and outdoor dining patio overlook a deep lawn, pool and guesthouse toward Coopers Neck Pond and the Meadow Club.
The wallpaper in daughter Emma’s room is Jane Churchill’s Fairbank in pink; the pillow fabric is Manuel Canovas’s Byzance in quartz.
