Architect Neal Schwartz designed the home to marry with the site; the structure cantilevers out and capitalizes on the views. Cladding is cedar finished with a gray stain.
The curve of the rear glass wall leads to a cool corner where a vintage Saarinen chair cozies up to a Boomerang table from Mid-Century Modern Finds.
In the kitchen, a Bosch range and hood pop against blue AKDO tile from Ceramic Tile Design. Custom cabinetry is topped with Neolith’s basalt black sintered compact surface through Fox Marble. Faucet is Hansgrohe; dishwasher is Bosch.
