The 6-bedroom home was previously listed for $14.8M and is now asking $11.8M.
As we previously reported, the second home on the property, 6 Mohegan Avenue, is a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom Shingle-style sited on 1.3 acres. This 3,800-square-foot house was previously offered asking $6.88M and has now gotten a $1M price cut and relists for $5.88M.
