17 Rembrandt Paintings Are On Display in Florida

From the Louvre to Florida: The Leiden Collection makes its U.S. debut at the Norton Museum.

Art and Life in Rembrandt’s Time: Masterpieces from The Leiden Collection is on display at West Palm Beach’s Norton Museum of Art through March 29, 2026. Featuring more than 70 works by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Hals, and other Dutch artists, this exhibition marks the first major U.S. showing of The Leiden Collection.

“Viewers will be enthralled not only by the artistry of Rembrandt, but also the depth of talent of other 17th-century Dutch artists,” says Ghislain d’Humières, the CEO of the Norton Museum of Art. “It is an honor to host this impressive exhibition at the Norton, the first of its kind in America. The Leiden Collection has previously been on display in France at the Louvre, in Russia at the Pushkin and Hermitage museums, the National Museum of China, and Louvre Abu Dhabi.
