A Hotelier Flips a Waterfront Miami Beach Mansion and Seeks $32.5M for It

Hotelier and entrepreneur Keith Menin is selling a pricey, newly-redone mansion in Miami Beach, unsurprisingly located on Millionaire’s Row. Inspired by the Four Seasons Surf Club and set right on the water, the estate is listed asking $32.5 million.

Last year, Menin purchased this ritzy address for $16.1 million, half of what it wants now, to renovate and redesign it to sell. His firm, Menin Homes, worked with celebrity architect Zeb Jarosz on the opulent flip to elevate it, make the property more resort-like, and refresh it on the inside.

The estate has 12,680 square feet of grounds and 6,023 square feet of interiors, split between a four-bedroom main home and a three-bedroom guest house. Showcasing all the markings of transitional Mediterranean style, the white stucco exterior has terracotta tile roofing and romantic archways, while the interiors display neutral, open spaces, and trendy black steel windows. It holds some surprises, though. At the entrance, a dramatic curvilinear staircase presents like a work of art. The rest of the home’s architecture is polished but a bit of a blank canvas, leaving it flexible to accommodate a new owner’s personal taste.

Of course, with a $32 million price, the finishes and amenities are all impressive. There’s a kitchen by ITALKRAFT, a wellness-forward primary suite with a steam room, sauna, and cold plunge, and a backyard oasis with a BBQ station, shower, new pool, and jacuzzi. Direct waterfront bay access with a private dock also allows for suave boating.

Marko Gojanovic of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing, which is already in contract but contingent. Seeing how fast this spread found a buyer, it’s especially clear that Menin understands what it takes to create a five-star residence, and which properties to invest in. According to the New York Post, over the past decade Menin Homes has generated more than $200 million in sales across projects from Aspen to Miami.
