Bocci’s cascading glass orbs hang above a dining table through Antoine Proulx. Orange table sculptures are through South of Market; wall art is by Kelly Reemtsen; wallcovering is through Fromental.
In the solarium, three Nigel Coates-designed fixtures illuminate a round ottoman through DDC New York and an ivory shag rug through Turabian & Sariyan.
Black-and-white dog photographs adorn a living- room wall. A Vladimir Kagan sofa is covered in a Donghia cashmere velvet. Lens accent tables are through Holly Hunt. The cube drink table is through Ligne Roset. Double-layered laser-cut silk curtain panels are from Dedar over Holly Hunt sheers.
In the gazebo on the third floor, upholstered swivel chairs are through Lee Industries; the coffee table is through Design Within Reach, and the brass bar cart is through Crate & Barrel.
In the breakfast room, chairs covered in a Rose Tarlow linen surround a Saarinen-inspired oak breakfast table from Julian Chichester. The flower print is by Donald Baechler. Floor lamp is through Profiles; candlesticks through Barneys. Custom ceiling light is through Art Style. Mosaic tile floor is through Sasso Tile Co.
Foscarini Caboche pendants hang above the Caesarstone-topped island.
Schwarz designed many of the pieces in the drawing room including the back-to-back sofas, concrete coffee table and the fireside chairs covered in a Cowtan & Tout fabric. The silver-painted rope chairs are by Christian Astuguevieille through Holly Hunt. The Porta Romana floor lamps are through Donghia; the ebony wood stools are through HB Home. The cracked resin drink table is through Andrianna Shamaris. Drapery fabric is through Malabar. Mantel art is through Samuel Owen Gallery.
The homeowners commissioned an art installation by Jacob Hashimoto for the hallway, which is dubbed “the gallery” and is clad in platinum grass cloth.
The Fromental wallpaper in the downstairs powder room is reflected in a Room & Board mirror. The custom vanity is set in a niche of white glass tile from Waterworks. Sconces are Porta Romana through Donghia.
The master bedroom has a serene palette of plum, aqua and ivory. Hand-painted fabric panels by Viktoria Stockmal flank the custom headboard, upholstered in a Claremont wool. The bench cushion is covered in a Donghia silk satin; a vintage lamp graces the top of Cliff Young’s bedside table. Bedding is through Lynnens. Zigzag pillow is through Missoni Home.
