Stephen Tulloch, an 11-season NFL linebacker who played for the Tennessee Titans, Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles and announced his retirement earlier this year, has listed his sprawling Miami estate for $3.8 million. According to Curbed, Tulloch purchased the property in 2012 for $2.2 million from Goya Foods CEO, Robert Unanue.
According to the listing, the athlete’s seven bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath Pinecrest residence come with fortress-like amenities. The home is protected by new high-impact glass windows, an alarm system, gated entry, and all-over cameras.
The 7,000 square-foot abode sits on 1.87 acres of manicured land and includes a heated pool and jacuzzi, a tennis court, and plenty of palm trees. Inside, amusement continues with a billiard room and home theater.

The house itself stuns with 30-foot ceilings in the grand entrance and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with SubZero appliances. The luxuriant master suite features an over-sized shower in the bathroom and two walk-in closets.
Marlene Goldman of Beachfront Reality Inc. has the listing.
