Susan Alisberg and Ed Parker kept the look and charm of this 1900s residence by rebuilding the front porch, replicating the moldings and replacing all the windows. Planters flanking the front door are from RH.
In the family room, a pair of Verellen sofas sporting Mark Alexander fabrics from Romo face off across a custom Japanese coffee table from Tucker Robbins. The Le Pentagone chandelier by Jonathan Browning is from the Bright Group, and the drapery fabric is Zimmer + Rohde.
A Sput round brass chandelier from Chameleon Fine Lighting brightens a Holly Hunt table in the foyer. The cowhide rug is from Saddlemans.
The existing staircase was refurbished, and the stairs topped with a new runner from L&M Custom Carpets and Rugs. The hanging Diamond lanterns and Archibald wall sconces are from the Urban Electric Company.
Kelly green Phillip Jeffries grasscloth lines the walls of the living room, where an area rug from Beauvais Carpets grounds the space. A sofa from the Bright Group wears a Robert Allen cotton/linen blend, and the Chagal chairs from Julian Chichester are covered in fabric from Alt for Living. The linen-wrapped side table is from John Rosselli & Associates, and the Morris Lantern is from Circa Lighting.
