Arkansas-native, Hollywood star Josh Lucas has sold his chic Los Angeles home for $2.197 million, just a tad less than its asking price. Reflecting Cali’s cool style, the sleek abode near Sunset Strip is a stunner, so its no surprise it didn’t take too long to find a buyer.
Although it is unknown why Lucas chose to list the property in fall of 2019 for almost $2.3 million, maybe the Sweet Home Alabama star is turning back to his southern roots. Now officially off his hands, a new owner can enjoy a natural and organic lifestyle here since the home incorporates exceptional eco-friendly design principles.
It was built in 1924, but completely reimagined recently, and the 2,835-square-foot house makes low-carbon emissions look ultra-stylish. Crisp interiors include an eat-in kitchen, large living and dining areas, and a master bedroom that makes up the whole second level of the home. The outdoor space is just as luxe with a saltwater pool and spa, and patio with great entertaining space. There is also room for guests since, in total, the new owner will have a sweet three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one-half bath.
The now-sold listing was held by Jacqueline Tager of Sotheby’s International Realty.
