Golden Globe-winner Michael C. Hall and his wife Morgan just snagged a unit in the landmarked El Dorado building for $4.3 million. Located at 300 Central Park West, the art deco stunner where Hall is now a resident is a Manhattan treasure designed by architect Emery Roth and built in 1931.The couple’s new digs are on the 10th floor of the pre-war structure and offer two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a wood-burning fireplace. The luxe abode also comes fully renovated with new rift and white oak floors, custom cabinets and doors, and replaced casement windows. In the kitchen, stainless steal countertops, Miele appliances, and a restaurant size stove make the space a chef’s dream. Original details, like ceramics in the bathroom, have been beautifully preserved to keep the building’s historic charm alive. The Dexter and Six Feet Under star also gains access to the building’s amenities, which include a full-time doorman, fitness center, concierge, basketball court, and garage. The NY Post reports that John Barnett and Carter McHyman of Douglas Elliman had the luxury listing.
