Actress Nicollette Sheridan Relists Her Breezy Longtime L.A. Estate for $12.9M

While year to year, January is typically a slow month for real estate, now is not the time to hold off if you’re a savvy seller. All over the country, the market is low on inventory and luxury-minded buyers are just waiting for beautiful properties to list. Don’t believe us? Check out what John Gomes had to say recently about New York City in particular.

British-born actress Nicollette Sheridan seems to be capitalizing on the current state of the market. The Desperate Housewives star just relisted her sublime estate in L.A.’s exclusive, gated community of Hidden Hills after first seeking to sell it in 2023. Back then, it was priced at $15.995 million and now it is asking $12.9 million.

According to the Robb Report, Sheridan purchased the 3.57-acre estate in 2008 with her then-fiancé Michael Bolton, just before they called things off. The definition of classic L.A. luxury, it boasts a 7,500-square-foot home, a tennis court, a pool and spa, and suave outdoor spaces for hosting. Though the property may look effortlessly elegant, the seller put a lot into making it what it is today: A true refuge. Sheridan reflects, “My home, that I reimagined from tip-to-toe, has been filled with love, laughter, and the knowingness that anything is possible. It is a hideaway that connects one to nature, serenity, and creativity.”

Indeed, the English Country-style abode embraces its surroundings seamlessly. Green flora, and the blue of the pool, are often in sight when gathering in the bright living spaces, cooking in the timeless kitchen, or waking up in any of the home’s six bedrooms. With neutral-toned interiors as well, an air of tranquility floats throughout the inviting haven.

While the ivy-covered home has served her well, Sheridan is leaving in search of greener pastures, literally. The actress says that “the undeniable reason behind selling is [her] horses.” While Hidden Hills is animal-friendly with its weaving horse trails, it doesn’t have wild, wide-open spaces. “[My horses] are getting older and deserve to live in heaven on earth and frolic to their heart’s content. We will be moving to a farm that allows us the freedom of green pastures and many more furry and feathery friends to accompany us on our new adventures. We leave Hidden Hills with the fondest of memories.”
