Bethenny Frankel is officially adding real estate mogul to her growing list of titles, which includes reality TV star, author, Shark Tank judge, and founder of SkinnyGirl. In 2017 alone, Frankel has done everything from flipping New York City apartments with Fredrik Eklund to listing her own Manhattan abodes both for sale and for rent. The savvy businesswoman is not quite done with real estate for the year, however, and recently picked up a 4,239-square-foot Bridgehampton abode that was last listed for $2.495 million.Built in 1910, the charming home is fondly known as the Morning Glory House and was an idyllic bed and breakfast back in the day. After an extensive renovation lead by architect Brian O’Keefe and executed by builder Dennis Boyle, the house has never looked better. The goal was to “update all elements of the home and seamlessly merge the old and the new,” per the listing. Now, the modernized, traditional pad offers an exercise room and a gunite pool as well as top-of-the-line appliances.According to Kathleen Conway of Town & Country Real Estate, who was the exclusive listing agent, “Bethenny was fabulous to work with and saw the property as a great investment.”
