Celebrity Power Couple Wants $7.2M for Their Hollywood Hills Haven

Here’s a “good place” for L.A. house hunters, especially musicians, to look if they’re comfortable with dropping $7.2 million. Actress and activist Jameela Jamil (known for her role in The Good Place) and singer/songwriter/music producer James Blake just listed their contemporary Hollywood Hills pad after buying it for $6.4 million not too long ago, according to the Robb Report.

Called “Villa de Vistas,” the celebrity home boasts views of the Los Angeles skyline and SoFi stadium. Expansive glass doors and windows allow for these calming vistas to appear around every turn and also lead out to breezy outdoor spaces. While the residence is a true retreat, it is also conveniently located near Hollywood, Studio City, and Runyon Canyon—talk about the full Los Angeles lifestyle being at your fingertips.

The recently renovated spread is nearly 7,000 square feet and totals four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The 2,000-square-foot primary suite is the ultimate oasis, with a fireplace, wet bar, balcony, indoor/outdoor lounging, airy ensuite bathroom, and large closet waiting to be filled with red carpet-worthy looks.

The home is complete with a wellness center, home theater to watch movies (that were filmed just miles away), and a professional state-of-the-art music studio (with a stamp of approval by the renowned Grammy-winning seller). Outside, a swimming pool and spa are additional amenities.
