Jaylen Brown has played another impressive season with the Boston Celtics, and while he wasn’t on the road this season, he may have resided at this Boston penthouse that he’s been trying to sell since 2024. Brown first listed it then for $4.75 million, but has now relisted the penthouse, sweetening the deal with an additional offering. For $4.95 million, potential buyers will be able to own Brown’s signature brick-and-beam penthouse, as well as the adjacent studio residence, PH503, which he also used while living there.
For only a slight price increase, buyers are now getting two residences practically the price of one. This is quite the opportunity to buy a piece of modern sports history, something Boston is so notoriously passionate about.
With both units, a new owner will gain 3,500 square feet of living space in total. The main, industrial-chic penthouse offers a luxurious, loft floor plan with three bedrooms and tons of natural light. The expansive layout allows for a fun-filled, open-concept entertaining, which was surely fun for Brown when he would have teammates or friends over.
The main residence offers a large living area, a chef’s kitchen equipped with premium appliances and a generous island, and a stunning primary suite with walk-in closets, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The adjoining studio next door, now available as part of the offering, adds extra space for storage and a separate place to relax, or could be an ideal guest suite. It can easily serve as a bedroom and also has a small kitchen.
The final piece that makes this home a slam-dunk? The 400-square-foot roof terrace with city and sea views. George Sarkis and Roy Banham of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman share the listing.
