CTC&G (Connecticut Cottages and Gardens) proudly welcomes Elizabeth Graves as its new Editor in Chief, bringing an accomplished editorial career and decades of experience in lifestyle, home, and design content to the publication.

Graves joins CTC&G following an award-winning career that includes serving as Editor in Chief of Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings. During her experience, she helped evolve the magazine’s design, voice, and content while overseeing coverage spanning home, food, entertaining, gardening, beauty, health, and style. Under her leadership, the brand was recognized by both Ad Age and Adweek.

“Elizabeth is an extraordinary editorial talent whose vision, creativity, and deep understanding of the lifestyle and design worlds make her the ideal leader for CTC&G,” says Marianne Howatson, CEO and Publication Director of C&G Media Group. “We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth to C&G Media Group and excited for the fresh perspective she will bring to our readers, partners, and design community.”

For Graves, the new role is also an opportunity to build upon CTC&G’s connection to Connecticut’s design community. “I’m excited to build upon that strong foundation, celebrate the talented designers, architects, artists, and makers shaping the region, and inspire our audience with fresh ideas and top resources,” she says.

As Editor in Chief, Graves will oversee CTC&G’s editorial vision and content across platforms, working alongside the publication’s editorial, creative, marketing, and business teams as the brand continues its coverage of architecture, interiors, gardens, art, and design throughout Connecticut and beyond. Graves will officially begin her new role on September 8.
