Chloe Sevigny Scores $2.7M for Her Park Slope Pad

Indie film queen Chloë Sevigny—who also starred on Big Love and American Horror Story—has found a buyer for her Park Slope co-op, which hit the market in November asking $2.75M. The 3-bedroom home closed for nearly the asking price, not surprising considering it’s located in 9 Prospect Park West, Park Slope’s most luxurious “white glove” building. A private landing leads into a black-and-white-tiled foyer and the park-facing living room. Bleached wood floors add a modern touch to the “classic seven” layout, while the updated kitchen was inspired by the original built-in cabinetry. Corcoran’s J. Eric Becker and Quinn Hagstrand represented this 2,100-square-foot, 4-bedroom home.
