Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's New 90210 Pad Is the Stuff Dreams Are Made Of

Despite putting their $60 million Malibu dream home on the market late last year, celebrity couple Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber aren’t looking to leave the west coast. Thanks to a $11.6 million deal, the supermodel and her husband will still have a place to call home in California.

According to TMZ, the couple have closed on a 5,386-square-foot one-story contemporary in Beverly Hills. The mod marvel is located in the famous 90210 neighborhood and was previously owned by OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, who, based on listing photos, has a flair for interior design.

Tedder worked with Alvarez Morris Architectural Studio to renovate, redesign and expand the five-bedroom house. The open floor plan is an entertainer’s dream, with nearly every room of the house connecting to a spacious outdoor area complete with pool, patio and dining pavilion.

Inside, there’s a standalone fireplace around which multiple seating areas unfold. Oversized art is accented by attractive fixtures, all defined by a black and white color palette. The star of the sophisticated chef’s kitchen is a marble waterfall island while gleaming stainless steal appliances add to the appeal.

The master suite has an enviable master bath with private access to an outdoor terrace.
